Sports Betting
At kgg999, there's a wide range of sports to bet on beyond football. You can place bets on cricket (including IPL, BPL, and World Cup), tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, e-sports (CS:GO, Dota 2, League of Legends), boxing, and more — over 30 sports in total. To get started, log in to kgg999 and go to the "Sports" section. You'll see a list of sports on the left and current or upcoming matches in the centre. Click on any match to view the available markets — match winner, handicap, total goals/runs, first goalscorer, and more. Click on the odds to add a selection to your bet slip, enter your stake, and hit "Confirm Bet" — that's all it takes. With in-play betting, you can also place bets while a match is in progress, with odds updating every few seconds. The minimum bet is generally ৳50, and the maximum varies by market.
Transaction & Betting History
Yes, it's fully accessible on mobile. After logging in to kgg999, tap your profile icon in the top right corner. In the dropdown menu, you'll find the "Transaction History" option. There are three separate tabs — Deposits, Withdrawals, and Betting Records. The Deposits tab shows the date, amount, payment method, and status (completed/pending) for each deposit. The Withdrawals tab shows your withdrawal history, and the Betting tab gives you full details on each bet — match, odds, stake, and result. You can also filter by date — choose the last 7 days, 30 days, or set a custom date range. If you spot any discrepancy in a transaction, note down the reference number and contact support — it will be resolved quickly.
Live Casino
kgg999's Live Casino is run entirely by real human dealers — not RNG (Random Number Generator) software. Trained dealers from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asian studios operate tables in real time in front of HD cameras, with the live video streamed directly to your screen. You can also chat with the dealer during play. Available games include Baccarat, Roulette (European and American), Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, and various live show games. On betting limits — most Baccarat and Roulette tables start from a minimum of ৳50. VIP tables carry higher minimums and higher maximum limits. All live games run directly in your mobile browser with no separate app required. A decent internet connection (4G or Wi-Fi) is enough to keep the video stream smooth.
Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at kgg999 — this rule is strictly enforced. Date of birth is required at registration, and the process cannot be completed if you are under 18. During KYC verification for withdrawals or large transactions, a National ID or birth certificate may be requested to confirm your age. Any account found to have been created using a false date of birth will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. For parents and guardians — if you suspect someone under 18 in your household is using kgg999, please contact support@kgg999.xyz and action will be taken within 24 hours. Protecting minors is kgg999's highest priority.
Account Policy
No — under kgg999's rules, each person may only hold one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and violations carry serious consequences. If a member is caught operating more than one account, all accounts will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and all bonuses cancelled. kgg999's system detects duplicate accounts by analysing IP addresses, device fingerprints, identity documents, and payment methods. There is one exception: two separate adult members of the same household may each open their own account, but if they share a device or network, they must contact support for approval before registering. If you have accidentally ended up with two accounts, notify support right away — voluntary disclosure makes resolution much smoother.
Tournaments & Leaderboards
kgg999 regularly runs tournaments and leaderboard competitions — slots tournaments, Sports Betting challenges, and Live Casino leaderboards are the most popular. In most cases, no separate sign-up is needed: just place the minimum qualifying bet in the specified game or section and you are automatically added to the leaderboard. Each tournament runs for a set period — typically 7 or 14 days. Accumulate the most points or meet the set criteria during that period to climb the rankings. Prizes are usually distributed within 24–48 hours of the tournament ending. Cash prizes are credited directly to your wallet; free spin prizes are added to the specified game. The leaderboard updates in real time so you can track your position throughout the competition. For current tournament details and prize breakdowns, on the Promotions page Available.
Match Cancellation & Refunds
If a match is cancelled or abandoned, kgg999's general policy is to refund the stake — though the exact settlement may vary by situation. If a match is cancelled before kick-off, or postponed by more than 12 hours from the scheduled time, all bets are typically voided and the full stake is returned to your wallet, usually within 24 hours. If a match starts but is abandoned mid-way, settlement depends on the result at the time — in football, a match is generally considered complete once 75 minutes or more have been played. In cricket, the Duckworth-Lewis method may be used to determine the result. Settlement rules can vary by event — if in doubt, check the rules for that event or ask support before placing your bet. If you dispute a settlement, contact support within 48 hours — including your betting reference number will speed up the review.
